Is the footage really cleared for AI training?
Yes — and provably. Consent naming AI training specifically is signed at upload, not retrofitted. Every file ships with a rights manifest (consent record, field-of-use, window, opt-out status) and a C2PA-signed provenance trail your legal team can audit independently. Nothing in the archive is scraped, brokered, or of unknown origin.
Can we get exclusivity?
No — by policy, for your protection as much as ours. Exclusive sales kill data suppliers: the asset leaves, the supply dries up, and your renewal path dies with it. Non-exclusive terms are why the corpus keeps growing — and why there's next year's footage to renew against. You pay a rental price, not an acquisition price.
How do samples work?
Tell us your use case and category interest. Within 48 hours you get an evaluation slice under NDA — real files with real rights manifests, sized to run meaningful ablations. Verified archive counts come with it. No charge for the sample.
How is data delivered?
Cloud bucket transfer (S3-compatible) with per-file rights manifests in JSON, C2PA-embedded provenance, and category/format metadata. Preference-chain data ships as structured JSON alongside the footage. Delivery specs are finalized during scoping.
What happens if a creator opts out?
Opt-out reaches backwards: the creator's files are removed from all future deliveries, and you're notified with the affected asset list for your records. Your indemnity holds — the audit trail shows you licensed in good faith under a valid consent at the time of delivery.
How is pricing structured?
Per-minute rates ($3 standard, $12 preference chains) for one-time corpus licences; an annual subscription (from $200K) for the ongoing flow; and $9,000 per finished hour for managed collection shot to your spec. All rates are published above — volume pricing is scoped per deal.
